Valve Adaption and Machining

Our in-house machining, fabrication, and welding capabilities quickly respond to custom transitions, adapter plates, and associated adaption brackets and couplers.

We offer stem nut threading support for Limitorque, EIM, Rotork, and Auma actuators used on threaded stem gates and globe valves. Bore and key services are provided for quarter-turn applications and torque only drives. Custom rising rotating bushings (2, 4, 6, 8, 36, 38 Spline) are available for torque only Limitorque, EIM, Rotork, and Auma actuators when mounted on Yarway, Hancock, Edwards, and Conval Globe valves. 

We have designs to support the manufacture of valve stems and have in-house reverse engineering capabilities to perform modifications when parts are no longer in production.
