Sunbelt Actuation has the knowledge, experience, and facilities to complete your repair or refurbishment quickly and on time, from a minor repair to complete remanufacturing. Our staff can promptly disassemble, inspect, and repair your equipment within our quality management process to get you back in service. All work is performed within our ISO standards to ensure the repair, reassembly, and testing will perform “like new” or better.
We perform these typical shop repairs and more:
- Actuator repair or refurbishment
- Instrumentation changes and upgrades
- Valve adaption and machining
- Control system upgrades
In addition to repairs, we offer a comprehensive refurbishment service to ensure your actuator delivers day-in and day-out reliability and performance. We typically refurbish and return actuators to our clients within two weeks, though rush services are routinely provided. If damaged or worn parts are discovered during refurbishment and replacement parts are required, pricing for these parts will be discussed with the customer before installation. Replaced parts can be returned with the refurbished actuator for customer review.

- Unit pretest to verify stroke time and switch settings as received
- Limit and Torque Switch refurbishment

- Reassembly with factory-correct grease/oil, gaskets, and seals

- A comprehensive report with a photo timeline of the major activities and results
